Our story
From experience to advisory impact
Elevo Consulting was founded in 2025 by Professor Franklin Ngwu, with senior academics and practitioners who shared one observation. Institutions rarely fail for lack of ideas. They fail when strategy, risk, governance and execution are handled separately.
Elevo was built to bring those disciplines together. Elevo is led by its principals and guided by an Advisory Board whose members have chaired bank boards, led a business school, built technology and media businesses, run a licensed financial institution and advised regulators and development institutions. We bring that experience to leaders facing decisions that matter.
